After seeing the first tangled cake I did a friend wanted me to do one for her daughter. The bottom of this one was a yellow cake with vanilla pudding and on the top was chocolate with vanilla pudding. I was really worried with this one because I made it taller than the other one and my support structure wasn't the best so it could have fallen right over! Luckily it didn't and cute Ellie had a Tangled cake.
P.S. This cake was around two feet tall!!!

BoyOhBoy
Went to a baby shower this weekend and volunteered to make the cake. I have been wanting to make a pram (which is the cute little stroller) forever so I did! It turned out pretty good I have to say. I'm getting better and better with every cake I do.This cake was white cake with french vanilla pudding and butter cream icing.
Introducing........
CAKE POPS! The newest fad out there in relation to cakes. Recently everyone is making cake pops so to keep up with the trends I decided to give it a try. These sweet little puppies go for 1.50 each with a minimum order of 12. They come all neat and wrapped up it their own little bag just like the picture.

I forgot to mention I also made birthday cupcakes for a friend. They were white almond cake with whipped cream. Oh so good... light and fluffy. Ahhhh bliss!
Woof Woof
This past week and a half has been so busy. I finished my first decorating class and signed up for the next one. I got another Tangled cake done that was around two feet tall (pics to come soon). I also did a fun dog cake for a cute little girls birthday. This cake was chocolate with a chocolate chip buttercream filling and a buttercream icing. It was completly edible even the little dog food which is really cocoa puffs. Loved it!

Tangled Cake
Last night I made a Tangled birthday cake for my three year olds birthday. It was so much fun! The cake is chocolate and vanilla marbled with chocolate frosting. I wish I had more time to add all those cute details but all in all it turned out pretty good.

Decorating Classes
For the past two weeks I have been attending cake decorating classes at Michael's. I know your probably thinking it's a little late to be taking the beginner classes but let me tell you I am learning so much. First they taught me the most amazing butter cream recipe (which I needed cause all my butter cream turns out weird and melts right off the cakes). They are also teaching us techniques I had no idea existed. So I am well on my way to having awesome cakes. Anyway due to this awesome class I have made my first pure butter cream cake. Here are pics. Not too bad for the first one eh.
